HOME SCHOOL P.E. PROGRAM AT MESA FAMILY YMCA

Activities include: Strength training, Cardio exercises (running, biking, rowing), Swimming, Sports, Exercise classes, Fitness testing and lots of fun. Recommended ages is 7 to 16. YMCA Staff and parents will be supervising the class.

WHEN:   Monday through Thursday, 1:00-2:00 PM - You do not have to attend every day, but you may.

WHERE:   207 N. Mesa Drive, Mesa (on Mesa Drive between University and Main Street)

COST:   Classes are free for YMCA members. Cost to join the YMCA and participate in the program (and includes membership to the YMCA for the entire family!), is $27 to $52 a month based on family income (check with the front desk staff). YMCA membership is on a month to month basis. No joining fee for Homeschool program. Registration forms available at the Front desk.
