H.E.R.O. is an internet-based Christian homeschool network.   The purpose of H.E.R.O. is to connect Arizona parents teaching their own children themselves at home, and to provide a place for them to share information with one another.

We send out e-mail newsletters once a week sharing information sent in by homeschoolers for homeschoolers.

The H.E.R.O. website is a good resource for information that does not change often (Links, Cool Places to Go, Business Directory, etc.). The website only contains a small fraction of the announcement information found in the e-newsletter (Events, Activities, etc.). The weekly H.E.R.O. e-newsletter is the best place to find all of the information about events, activities, and enrichment opportunities for homeschooling families. So if you qualify to sign up to receive the H.E.R.O. newsletter we encourage you to do so!

  NOTE: You must be a homeschooling parent to sign up for the HERO newsletter. Those with young children who are planning to homeschool are also welcome to subscribe.

  This email list is not for virtual school families (which are doing public-school-at-home, not homeschooling).
